How does a one-hour appointment work?
An hour is both short and long. Long enough to take stock in depth, as long as we get to the point. Here is how I organise it.
Before the appointment. When you book, you can leave me a note about your situation. It isn't compulsory, but it lets me prepare and save time on the day.
The first few minutes. We start by setting the context: where you are, what brings you, what you would like to have clarified by the end of the hour. That goal guides everything else.
The heart of the session. I listen, I ask questions, I rephrase. The idea is not to decide for you, but to bring out what is already there: your priorities, your blocks, the options really open to you.
The end of the appointment. We always finish with something concrete: two or three next steps, simple and achievable. You leave with a direction, not just ideas.
And afterwards? Your client area stays open: you can write to me, book a new slot or ask for a call-back.
